For works collected systematically in the IR, including Honors papers, Haberberger Papers, Humanities Research Center (HRC) Outputs and Prize-Winning Works, follow the steps below to submit your work.
1. Prepare your files:
Fill out the Signature Page:
Please ensure that the digital version of your original files have been converted to a single file in the Adobe PDF format. If you can’t consolidate the files before creating your PDF, it is possible to combine them using commands in Adobe Acrobat.
Please make sure your fonts are embedded in your PDF to ensure maximum visual accuracy. If your fonts are not embedded, your final product may look different than intended. Instructions on how to check this can be found at https://www.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/resources/embed-fonts-in-pdf.html.
If you encounter any problems, contact the Lycoming IT Service Center at 570-321-4150 or consult Adobe's troubleshooting page: www.adobe.com/support/products/acrobat.html
The end-product of the processes outlined above should consist of one PDF file. DO NOT turn in a separate PDF file for each chapter, or for each item in the honors paper!
2. Sign the Release Form:
3. Email your work as a single file, the signature page, and your release form to Kathy Reeder at reederk@lycoming.edu.
