Lycoming College corresponding authors can publish articles in select Elsevier journals as Open Access with no additional fees. Authors retain copyright to their articles and publish using a Creative Commons license. Library patrons will continue to have full read/subscription access to the content.
To be eligible under this agreement, authors must use their institutional email address (@lycoming.edu) when submitting their articles for publishing.
